Just Get It, You’ll Forget The Cost In Less Than A Week

I was skeptical about the need for this. Originally, I wanted an oven that would turn the stone (manually or automatically). Regardless Ooni won me over. I will say that without turning, the cooking is a disaster. This peel actually works and it works well. I turn the pizza every 15-30 seconds and it prevents scorching.
