Learning pizza making has s lot of moving parts. This is one on the mist important ones. Also while you are cooking and spinning your pizza, don’t get distracted by conversation!

Turning Peel
Didnt know if we would need this tool or not. You definitively need it. The big square peel won't let you rotate your pie. And, if you have it really hot you might only have seconds before you are burning it. A must have tool.

Turning A-peel
This is a nice add-on for making pizza. Definitely a help in removing a partially cooked pizza from the oven, turning it, and returning it to finish cooking. When you try to take the full-size peel and force it under the entire width of a par-cooked pizza, it can be problematic. The turning peel allows you to catch the outside edge of the pizza, pull it out of the oven, flip it around, and return it to the oven to finish baking.
