Only been using for about a month, but the vanilla milkshakes flavor is super good. I usually mix it with some greek yogurt for a quick breakfast. I have also used it in smoothies and it never comes out clumpy. This product can be for beginners or experts. I am just getting into the gym and it has been a great source of protein.

And the powder smells like vanilla milk. It’s packed neatly. There is a milky taste to it. I don’t mind it. I felt full afterwards. Love how it dissolved in my blender bottle.

The flavor is fine and smoother in milk or smoothies, but with water it tastes a bit thin and slightly artificial to me. It mixes fairly well, though I still notice some foam and occasional clumps if I rush. It feels lighter than regular whey, which I like, but it’s also less creamy than other vanilla proteins I’ve tried. It works and feels clean, just not something I really look forward to drinking.
