Over all I give this protein a 4 out of 5. Only because I am not a huge fan of the flavor. The protein mixes well and digest good.

The Gold Standard
Classic protein power, mixes in water easily and dissolves well with no clumping in a standard shaker bottle with a ball. I got the fruity cereal flavor which is good, I prefer to dissolve it in 8-12floz vs. the standard 4oz for a more sports drink like flavor.
