Great protein powder overall! Recently i have loved adding protein and powder to my coffee. Great way to get my caffeine in while also getting some much needed protein. This protein powder mixes very well all you need is a shaker bottle. The protein grams to serving size grams is relatively close which is something to look for in a good protein powder. This formula mixes well in milk OR water which is nice as well.

taste is good, not necessarily the best i have had but i prefer it over one of the chocolate flavors personally. i like the macros on it, better if not the same as other brands.
