Full of toxic ingredients, as aselsufame, modified corn starch, soy oil, etc. good for muscles, terrible for health. The worst part is that to find out what is inside you have to visit these page and select a product, why you don’t put the ingredients directly in your packages?

I’ve only ever bought Optimum whey protein, variety of flavors that do not disappoint. Tried and true 100 percent. It’s the best protein to mix with oats, Greek yogurt, etc. IMO

Great For Breakfast Smoothie’s

So a challenge I’ve had with many whey based protein powders is that when you use them in a breakfast smoothie it makes the smoothie foam up quite a bit, making them more challenging to drink. I use the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor now for my breakfast smoothies and it foams up SIGNIFICANTLY less. Not sure why this is, but my breakfast smoothies benefit a bunch every morning. The fruity cereal flavor I really like as well, but the flavor is pretty sweet so not everyone will likely be a fan.
