Good From What I Can Tell

Started taking these a little over a month ago and noticed a slight difference in my workouts about 3 weeks in. It seemed to be most helpful on my bench reps specifically, but I am hoping it is benefiting my recovery as well as I was struggling with soreness. My training is a little dialed back currently but I am less sore and seem to be able to do a few extra reps in the gym. Only being able to order from them once every 90 days means I will need to find another source for my next batch which is annoying.

Excellent Supplement For Weight Training

I bought this because I was looking for an instore option to resupply faster than waiting for an online order. We prefer the capsules to the powder form. The brand is good for other supplements that we take, including protein powder.
