Easy Way To Take Creatine!

Prefer The Pills Over Powder

Like almost all perimenopausal women, I’m concerned about sarcopenia, brain fog and have been taking creatine. First I used powder in my breakfast smoothie but then got tired of only ever having a smoothie for breakfast. Then I put in my coffee, but I could taste it and missed actually enjoying my coffee. The gummies are too expensive and extra sugar, so these capsules fit the bill well. Easy to take, no weird after taste. Will continue to use them.

Good From What I Can Tell

Started taking these a little over a month ago and noticed a slight difference in my workouts about 3 weeks in. It seemed to be most helpful on my bench reps specifically, but I am hoping it is benefiting my recovery as well as I was struggling with soreness. My training is a little dialed back currently but I am less sore and seem to be able to do a few extra reps in the gym. Only being able to order from them once every 90 days means I will need to find another source for my next batch which is annoying.

I've used creatine for several years now, trying out both the capsulated and powdered versions. Always used before and after workouts with plenty of water and seen great results. with this product in particular, I've noticed that while it's easy to consume, I personally couldn't see much of a change in physique and energy compared to when I would take the standard powder scoops. perhaps it's the difference in ammount being taken. In conclusion I would recommend this product to beginners and pros alike but still push for the purchaser to consider trying the powdered versions.

Does Exactly What It Should

I love that I don't have to worry about getting powder all over the place. The capsules make it easy to take and be consistent with. That ease of use worked well for me. I keep it in the car so I can take it in the morning on my way to work. Creatine is not just for athletes and it has incredible benefits for cognitive function. A great supplement to take in my opinion and from a great brand too!!
