[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to use creatine after my workouts to build muscle especially around my glutes and I feel this is a great product to use for that. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a creatine powder for building muscle. Tastes ok and it’s affordable. It does what’s it suppose to and that’s what matters.

Truly Flavorless, But Does Not Dissolve

It truly is flavorless and I’m starting to see a difference in my workouts after just a few weeks of consistent use, however it does NOT dissolve in cold liquids. I was trying to drink it with just water and while it tastes like nothing, you can feel the grains in your teeth so I highly suggest mixing it in a smoothie or protein shake, otherwise it’s great! I will definitely continue to buy and use it.

Basic And Better Value Vs Creatine Hcl

I'm not sure if the results I'm enjoying are due to my training, my rest, my diet, my protein supplement, or this creatine. I take it daily because the science behind it is pretty strong. I wish it came with a scoop; I'm never sure if I'm getting the right amount. I wish it dissolved better, the gritty texture in my mouth and against my teeth is unpleasant. I think the process is as good as can be, given the molecule involved. The experience is still better than Creatine HCl, which is more costly and tastes absolutely vile.

Super Gritty

I specifically purchased this because it's specifically labelled as "micronized." In my experience, standard creatine monohydrate is very gritty, but all the micronized I've ever bought from other brands has been smooth as chalk powder, which dissolves better and has a tolerable mouthfeel. This ON stuff is pretty terrible. If you like drinking sand, you'll love this stuff. I would only ever recommend this if you are expecting standard creatine, not micronized. Otherwise, you're wasting your money.
