This supplement “Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder Plus Hydration, with BCAA, Electrolytes, and Caffeine, Pineapple Twist” is a great addition for anyone looking to boost their energy during workouts. While the energy boost isn’t overwhelming, it’s definitely noticeable—and best of all, I didn’t experience any of the usual side effects I often get from other pre-workout products, such as lightheadedness or anxiety caused by high caffeine content or harsh stimulants. The flavor is also a standout—it tastes like a real piña colada, with a strong, natural pineapple flavor. My only concern is the sweetness. Although it’s advertised as having zero grams of sugar, it tastes extremely sweet to me, which makes me think it contains some kind of sweetener. That might be perfect for those who enjoy sweeter drinks, but for my personal taste, it’s a bit much. Still, I really enjoyed the flavor overall and felt the results were solid—so much so that I’d go out of my way to buy it again. I just hope they eventually offer a version with less sweetness or no sweeteners at all.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Optimum Nutritions amino acids has by far been the best tasting amino i have ever taken and the results has been great, after a week of taken them i was able to notice that i was not as sore as i normally would be thanks to the BCAA blend and i wasn’t as dehydrated thanks to the EAA blend and the 100 mg caffeine was definitely a plus, I will definitely be purchasing more of this product I loved it!

Great Boost Without Jitters

It has a decent flavor, is easy to use, and I liked the tropical flavor. It didn’t have a weird aftertaste. I also liked the slim container that doesn’t take up too much space. Great product!
