I was also happy with how easily it mixed. I couldn't find my shaker bottle and it dissolved just fine with a spoon in a glass of water.

The Watermelon Splash flavor is refreshing and tart in an enjoyable way. It has a subtle watermelon flavor that is easy to drink and sharply refreshing. The powder dissolves easily in cold water by either stirring or shaking. I am excited about all the amino acids this includes. The fact that it contains caffeine, vitamins, and electrolytes for working out is a huge bonus! I also am very impressed by the ingredients. I felt ready to work out and did not start to drag through my cardio and weights exercises. I have limited experience with pre workout supplements. I am curious if i will notice when I run out. But each container is 72 servings!!
