ENERGY+, Watermelon Splash amazed me with the delicious flavor and the great boost of energy it gave me each time I used it! I don’t have a shaker, but it was very easy to mix with just a spoon or a straw. I used this multiple times before going to the gym, and it gave me lots of energy to get through a workout. I normally use a blue raspberry flavor, but this pineapple twist is a refreshing change. It’s not too overpowering and into chemically pineapple tasting. It’s lighter with a sweet yet tart taste. It fuels my electrolytes so I can lift to the best of my ability without burning out afterwards. I don’t take it directly before bed though because it does give me a boost of energy afterwards.
