Pretty Solid
This is my second time purchasing this preworkout because I have found that it has positively impacted my workouts. On the container it states that it has more caffeine than your typical preworkout, however, I found that my energy levels are quite the same. The reason why I enjoy this preworkout regardless of it not giving me more energy is because of the added creatine. Instead of having to buy a separate preworkout and separate creatine powder, I can now have it all in one, which makes it much easier. I found that the added creatine really has allowed me to strengthen my muscles quicker than before.
