So I’ve been on pre workout for years now, I’m an experienced lifter and have used pre workout for about 10 yrs or so, I’ll say this the flavor is phenomenal and I love it but it takes more than regular scoops to get the boost. If you are new to it then you are good to go but if you’ve been using for awhile you may want to consider the price and the serving sizes

I only use ON products and just tried their green apple-flavored pre-workout. I usually train on an empty stomach early in the morning and feel great just having this pre-workout while exercising. The flavor is great and it gives me so much energy! It allows me to challenge myself with more reps or heavier weights and I can tell my body responds greatly! I cannot recommend it enough.
