Love my Osprey packs, but the bite valves leak on the hydration packs.

Osprey seems to be going the way of most other gear companies: let's change things just for the sake of changing them, even if the old design was superior. The bite valve on my Hydraulics LT bladder developed a split and subsequent leak after less than a year of intermittent use. Super poor quality relative to the 2014 model Atmos 50 that I thru hiked the AT with years ago. Stop changing things just because!
Same issue as a lot of others, had it about three weeks and it worked fine. Then it started leaking. After a 10 mile run, I am soaking wet, which is fine in the summer when it's hot but once autumn came around, don't like being freezing cold. Returned the whole pack and bought a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 2 new Bite Valve. they came in a couple days. replacing them was very easy. I no longer have a dripping valve down the front of my shirt

As most other reviewers here, this thing takes two hands to use and if you don't twist close it leaks everywhere. Very poor design for active use.
