[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions were easy to read and it fit my bite valve good. The design helps to keep the bug spray off my son’s bite valve when we’re on a hike.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very critical part, essential for keeping your bite valve clean. It should not be an add on accessory. It should also perform it's purpose. It does not. The design doesn't allow for the cap to stay in place. Osprey does so many things right with their gear, this is an uncharacteristic fail. It does not need to continue to be one, it must be addressed. No one wants to put a dirty bite valve in their mouth. You guys are better than this, fix it. Thank you.

Please provide a how to for placing the bite cover on the bite valve. If I use REI instructions it looks like I'm to remove the bite valve sheath, that doesn't work. Removing the sheath and valve doesn't work. It does not snap in place and actually pushes the sheath out of place. I'm also disappointed in the plastic holder thingy, what the heck is it for. I've been a long time product user, can't say I'm happy with the current product model

for the past hour, instead of packing for my trip, i have been trying to install this cover onto my bite valve. it will not budge, and although some other reviews make it out to be really easy to install, I cannot for the life of me get it on, and i can't even see how it's possible to sit flush like it was obviously intended to. There just isn't enough room within the ring to fit the soft part, but since I can't fit it, it won't sit flush with the red plastic bit. There are no instructions, none of this is obvious. Save your time and money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t stay on to cove the bite valve. So it’s pointless and useless.
