Handle broke, but Osprey guarantee is legit. Send me a brand new bag, and the newer version has the new handle on it, which is hopefully more durable.

Got My Rolling Duffel A

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my rolling duffel a few weeks ago, and I've been able to use it for 2 trips so far. I really like how adaptable it is, it feels at home in a classy lounge and out on trail. The wheels are amazing, they roll so smoothly! I've read issues about the handle in other reviews, however I've had no problems at all with it. There is a bit of unused space in along its spine, where the fabric covers the retractable handle, but other than that I am very happy!

Perfect Bag For A 3-4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect bag for a 3-4 day trip. Can carry on as well. It’s light weight and very manageable.

Good Quality But Painfully Flawed

I like the ruggedness and build quality but wow the handle can give you a painful pinch if you're not careful. When collapsing, the telescopic handle creates a pinch point. I've had a few blood blisters at the airport security and suffice to say, it's extremely annoying when busy travelling.
