So Good I Bought One For A Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 20l size of this pack and love it so much I bought this bigger size for my friend for Christmas. It's a perfect comfortable size, it's got enough space for an overnight trip but I use my Osprey Eja for backpacking. I love that this 28l size has the hip belt pocket, my smaller 20l Skimmer doesn't have that feature. My friend is super excited to hit the trails with this pack!

Good Overall, But Back Ventilation Is Old Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pack. It’s a older model so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles the newer Osprey bags have (such as hiking pole attachments on front straps). The main feature I miss is the Airscape back design. The Skimmer does not create enough space between your back and the pack, so it’s sweatier than the newer versions. Otherwise it’s working great though!

Lots Of Room But Funky Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for a pack for a while and this one looked like it would fit the bill in terms of size and not too many bells and whistle ‘s. However, a phone does not fit in the hip-belt pocket which is pretty disappointing. Also the side zipper pockets on the pack the zipper goes the wrong way in my opinion. So you can’t put a water bottle or phone or anything in it to easily access it while you’re wearing it. Besides that, the pack fits great and I can fit a lot of stuff in there without it feeling bulky or over-packed. I’m also not super impressed on how hiking poles attach but they seems to work OK. Just really disappointed in the hip belt zippers in the side zippers.
