perfect heavier weight rain shell. fit is great with plenty of room to layer, and a generous hood for a helmet etc. slightly loud for bowhunting in calm conditions, but youll have that with a rain shell.

Not Waterproof

It's not a bad windbreaker, and it's OK in a light rain. Or even a heavy rain - for the first 20 minutes. However, the jacket eventually lets water into both side pockets. Given more time and more rain, the shoulders also let in water. Definitely NOT waterproof. Also, the zipper has started splitting open from the bottom. Don't know why. I've been able to force the zipper to close again, but eventually the jacket will be unusable.

Great jacket and didn't have to break the bank for it! Nice durable materials with quality functional accessories. Water proof zippers, cooling vents and zippers to allow a pack waist strap to go around the right spot without the jacket being bunched up.

Great Jacket! Does Everything I Need It For.

Whether hiking in the rain or just spectating at a sporting event, this jacket repels water while also allowing for good ventilation. It has construction that makes me feel like it will last a long time, but is light and flexible for more active adventures. If you could only have one rain jacket this might be the best for a variety of all activity.
