These mitts are the only reason I can keep my wife out on the ski slopes with me. Her hands used to get cold no matter what gloves, mittens or combination we tried then we found these and cold hands are never an issue now.

Slightly bulky, but after you get it on the gloves stay warm and the battery will last a full day as long as you use it intelligently.

Best For The Worst Weather!

These work best in frigid, single digit temps like what we have in mountains of Colorado. The mittens by themselves without the electric heating are enough for temps in the low double digits. Dexterity is what you expect from a mitten - you learn to use your thumbs! Quality of materials and construction seem solid - time will tell. Sizing seems spot on.

Too Big!

The mitts are well-made, but the sizing is off. I wear a unisex small and they are much larger than any other small mitts I own, including those from OR purchased earlier this season. They are bulky, so I don't have much dexterity when wearing them. Contrary to other reviews, I don't find anything weird about the thumb.

Very comfortable and warm, with multiple heat settings.
