[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't sound like it would be an important feature, but smooth touch screen functionality is one of the reasons I've bought this same mitten twice now, they are my favorite mittens for the mountain. Even without the battery heat, they are incredibly warm. I only need to turn on heat when temps drop below 10 F. My previous mitten are 2 yrs old, and so I bought these again to replace them. Those mittens have the smoothest touch screen functionality I have ever used in any gloves. This was crucial to keep my hands warm, bc I never needed to take my hand out of the mitten to use my phone or look at the map. But these new ones unfortunately don't have as good touch screen capability, unfortunately this severely diminishes the use and functionality that I got out of my previous pair, which have been my best gloves to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have developed Pernio this winter (similar to Reynauds). And my Dr suggested heated gloves for extended outdoor activity in winter. My BD guide 3 Finger which in the past was very warm was not doing it. So I went with this mitten. It is warm I had it on low during a 30* day and was reasonably comfortable. I did have in a thin liner so when I needed to de-glove to do something dexterous I had some protection. So it does as advertised. It has great build quality but I sized correctly and it was a bit tight to get on my hand. Especially the second glove when you lose all dexterity and can’t grip the loop assist. If I could l, I would probably return for the glove version the lack of dexterity is a hard compromise for me in lieu of painful blood blisters chilibhans developing (I prefer the split the difference and have rocked 3 finger gloves of one flavor or another for 30+ years. ) So make a 3 finger version and I am sold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why I waited so long to purchase these. I guess I didn't want to spend the money, but they are worth it! They are good quality and the heated feature makes skiing on those cold days so much more enjoyable. I am a small woman and the XS fits with a little room to spare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ski downhill about 30 times a year. My hands and fingers get cold when the temperature drops below 10 degree F. I found that mittens worked better than gloves, but nothing, I mean nothing compares to how toasty my hands are when I'm wearing these heated mittens. I thought they might be bulky, but I had no problem switching from mittens to these mittens. The wrist straps are a bonus. The batteries last all day when they are on the medium setting. I charge them overnight, so I don't know how long they take to fully charge.

A previous reviewer described it accurately. Too long in the fingers and proportionately way too short in the thumb. I ordered them thinking perhaps that particular medium was a one off. It wasn't. OR heated mitts work well based on an earlier version in my opinion.
