The XL is no longer XL. It used to fit well but now is tight. If you have a 73/4 hat size, the XL will be too small. Loved the hat when it fit. Super durable and packs well.

Comfortable, Light, fit is perfect, can wear it on the boat and does not blow off. The folding bill is great, folds down and fits nicely in a pocket.

Besides the OR Swift hat, this is the perfect hat for outdoors or around town. It's light and comfortably conforms to any shape head. Bonus points: it works perfectly with electronic ear pro.

Practical cap for work and travel, have been using them for years! I only wish that they would make them in checkered black again and return the hang tag in the back. If you find yourself between sizes you can size up and wash in warm water to reshape to your needs.

What is going on with the sizing of this product? I bought the most recent one online (size L) and it is so small it leaves massive dents in my forehead and gives me a headache! Previous size L was tight but not constricting. I have an XL and it is comfortable but so large I can tuck my ears in which is not a good look. The original came in a size called L/XL and it was perfect, bring back that size. I have wasted too much money on these caps lately.

I love these hats! I have 3! Khaki, green, and camo. They are lightweight, breathable, good fitting and look great! I wear a size 7 1/2 fitted baseball hat and the size L of these hats is a perfect fit!

I am a fat head and it's hard to find a XL size, these fit. Wish that they came in a brown or tan.

This hat is very light weight and comfortable and folds up easily and is very functional. It does not breat at all though. If there were a breathable option I would give it 5 stars.

I love the foldable bill. Great feature. I also love the small bill size. The hat is a great material and handles sweat well. After washing It shrinks up just a touch then stretches back out. I jazzed with my purchase.

1. This hat does what it's supposed to do: it adds eye-cover from the sun. 2. The brim has a lower profile, rendering it less obtrusive than a lot of comparable ballcaps. 3. This is a stylish hat: I receive ongoing compliments whenever I wear it, it comes in a variety of colors, and it covers a bad-hair day with a great-hat day! 4. This hat is super lightweight and packable: It can fold up to fit in your pocket. 5. This hat is durable: I have had one for at least five years, worn it and washed it a ridiculous number of times, and while it's finally showing some signs of wear, I know it has at least a decade of use left in it. 6. Make sure you use a wash-and-dry cycle for it to fit properly.
