I love the look and functionality of the hat. It is great for blocking the sun and for keeping drizzle away on wet days. Super packable, as well.

Great Hat For Dog Walks In Heavy Rain

Keeps my glasses from getting all wet, and provides excellent protection from the rain. I prefer this hat to the hood of my waterproof rain jacket.

rain hat keeps the rain out, but the interior material is a bit warm and stuffy and not breathable. thus I end up sweating a lot while trying to keep the rain off and end up wet anyways.

Good Hat But Better For Hotter Weather.

Really liked this product for the fall, but it has a thin felt lining inside that makes it not ideal for very hot hikes. Would definitely recommend for a sunny autumn or spring season.

Great Rain Hat

Great hat for walking the dogs in a rain storm, or anything else rain wise. I can't wear a hood (without ballcap underneath) b/c it gives me a headache. This hat solves all that cuz i don't need a hood, and it takes up zero space in a pack should we be traveling or going for a hike when it might rain.

Rain Hat That Really Works

This rain hat is gore Tex and will breathe and also keep you dry. Heavy rain is no match for it! The Velcro to roll the brim is helpful, but honestly, I have never had it rolled up. I have to say one negative, is the sizing. I measured my head like I have with every single hat I have ever purchased and the size that I ordered was at least a whole size too small for me. Not sure what more I could have done to try to size better. Wish I would have sized up. Great product, but sizing is off.

Comfy, Versatile, And Lasts Forever

This hat is versatile and comfortable. I had one for 10+ years that I wore on all kinds of adventures from hiking in the rain forests of Puerto Rico to hunting in the Rockies to river rafting to taking my dogs on walks until someone stole it out of my truck! They got a great hat and now I have a new one. I'm looking forward to another decade or more with this one!

Everyone should have an Outdoor Research Seattle Rain Hat. It is waterproof, lightweight and packable. The Fatigue/Black that I order is as shown in the picture.    I do agree with another reviewer that they should bring back the adjustable headband.
