I wear the hat under my hardhat. It's comfortable and durable i haven't seen any wear after a week of use.

Good lightweight cap. Would fit well into a pack. The brim stays pretty straight so it won’t bend at a weird angle in a pack. It’s also comfortable to wear. My only complaint so far is that the free end of the sizing strap is a bit short. If you have a big head, the free end may hang loose rather than staying tucked into the side of the cap.

This cap is very versatile, as it both is warming and cooling. I use it for active pursuits (running, hiking) and casual alike. It is very lightweight and fits well (I have a large head). I have received compliments on the hat, although I really don't care too much about that sort of thing.

Haven't had opportunity to prove freeing weather warmth. From a cold morning start to the mid 60's at mid day I was kept warm in the cold and did not experience overheating as the day warmed. Very comfortable while active as well as resting.

Love the fabric and feel of this cap. Lightweight and breathable, holds a little heat in cool weather. It is one size fits all, and while I forced adjustment with the plastic connector at back and succeeded in making the band size smaller, the body of the cap itself is still a bit too large, so it bags a bit and since it is short, it rides up on my head unless I anchor it with a ponytail. That all said, it's become my go-to cap. Prefer it to cotton standbys.

Love my Trail Mix Cap. I wear it around the house, on tours, on approaches to ice climbs. It's warm and quick drying, perfect for going around town or getting outside.

The Trail Mix Cap fits well, is comfortable, and definitely warmer than the OR Swift Cap, another favorite of mine. No water resistance, but seems to dry quickly after a rain.

This hat is perfect for almost all climates and when sleeping in a poorly heated cabin . I have gone on many trips with no other cap.

For as thin as this fabric is, I am truly amazed at how warm it is in cool weather. The brim is a big help on sunny days. I plan to buy another.

I love the trail mix cap so much I bought it in two colors. I have what I call a shallow head where deep hats either push my ears down or have to be worn pushed up so there is a bunch of dead space in them. These hats fit my head very nicely. They are warm for a cooler day when you don't want a full beanie and are great for fall and winter activites.

This hat is great for fall. The waffle grid fleece keeps my head warm without having to pull out my winter gear just yet. It's easy to adjust so you can fit it to your head easily. The bill helps keep the low autumn sun out of my eyes. I've worn it at everything from sporting events to hikes when the weather starts turning a little cooler. Colors are gender neutral. Highly recommend this hat for when the summer heat is gone!
