Perfect For Climbing And Work For Athletic Builds

Love these pants. So comfortable and create no movement restrictions. They are very light and have the draw cord and zipper pockets which make them perfect for climbing. I have a curvy build and they fit my hips with space at my waist, but the drawstring helps to keep them up. Will definitely be buying more. Hopefully they make more fun colours!

Great, Except For One Thing

I bought 3 pairs of these pants over the last 6 months. However, they all show signs of wear as I’m getting little “pills” around the pockets and seams. My newest pair, pewter, are showing it the worst. I love these pants, but the pilling is terrible. I wash these pants per the directions and do not dry them on a dryer. Doubt I will buy these again.

Great Pants But More Colors Needed.

Could you please bring back Pewter color (not light) and Brick one.

Great Fit For Us Short Gals

At 5'3 and 127 lbs the size 0 short fit well with some room. Glad the waist has a tie string to get some extra cinch. Havent tested on the trail yet but they look an feel great.

Great Fit And Super Comfy

These are great pant for general hiking. They're light weight and stretchy. I have two pair and would get more off there were more color offerings. For reference: 5'6 125 and the size 6 fits perfectly.

So Close To Being Great But Misses Major Marks

Stretchy and very comfy for all sorts of weather. HOWEVER - while you can put a phone in the side pocket you can't secure it there. The pocket is not long enough. The regular pockets are designed so anything in there that's hard means you can't bend your knees properly, for either squatting OR going up big steps - hard to use on trail or even for regular travel. Things need to be forced to sit sideways. Also the little tabs on the ankles to make the pants tighten or loosen fall off. Got lost. Generally a very decent travel pant otherwise, great if fixed. I used for hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, travel around Europe for many weeks, and lots of Canadian hiking and general wear. This website now sucks, the AI is trying to overwrite as I type and is messing up everything. GAH. OR yikes p

Durable And Stretchy For Thru Hikes

I wore a pair of these pants for 5 months continuous hiking on various trails - rain, sun, snow, mud, you name it. They proved themselves over and over. The length was perfect and I often wore them with home-made ankle gaiters. Also as I lost weight on the trail (don't eat the local chicken!), I was able to use the string to cinch them in. Lightweight and quick-drying, they made washing on the trail easy, and the navy blue hid dirt and minor stains well. The fabric was stretchy enough to handle climbs, scrambling, and long days with a pack, and while they faded in strong sun over time, that didn’t affect performance. The right thigh pocket is perfectly placed and no issues with the zip, and the back pockets are deep which is handy. I never quite got the gist of the little elastic things and plastic pieces around the ankles, so wouldn't be disappointed if they disappeared. I do wear another pair casually, and ended up buying Ferrosi shorts for hiking as well. For comfort, fit, durability etc. I can't say enough. Please don't change this product OR they rock!

Short

I wanted to love these, but the regular is too short and the tall is too long. They felt like heaven and were super stretchy. They would be perfect if you aren't 5'9" with a short torso. 32 would be a better length.

The Best Pants.

I have been wearing OR pants for years. I have both the Ferossi and Ferossi lite. I’m in Alaska and wear them for everything from everyday at work (hospital), mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, backcountry skiing in the late spring, even took 2 pairs for a 14 day Backpacking trip across Japan. The pants are durable, comfortable, breathable, shed dirt/water. I have 6 pairs of pants in the Ferossi line, and will be loyal to them for years to come.

Best Hiking Pants I’ve Ever Owned!

These are the best hiking pants I’ve ever owned. I got them a few months ago for a long backpacking trip in New Zealand. I’ve hiked close to 70 miles in them so far and am obsessed! They are unbelievably comfortable and stretchy. I like that the waist band is lined with a softer fabric and doesn’t dig in really uncomfortably (a problem I’ve seen to have with every other pair or hiking pants I’ve owned). They look nice enough to wear out and are really durable. I tripped in a parking lot wearing these and scraped my knee up pretty badly, yet these pants remained unscathed with no rips or tears at all! They’re comfortable enough too that I don’t feel the need to change out of them before bed if I’m backpacking or napping. I’m planning on buying more colors! Hiking pants are always a difficult find for me and I’m so glad I found these!!!

Great Fit & Incredibly Versatile

I love Ferrosi. The pants fit perfectly, and they come in tall, which is huge for me. I’ve been a Ferrosi fan for many years and own the jacket, shorts, and skort, but the pants are my favorite. They’re incredibly versatile. I pull them right over leggings when it’s rainy and windy, and when it’s warmer, I wear them on their own as a light, protective layer.

Gail L

These pants are really versatile. But what I like most is their stretch and breathability when hiking.

Too Small!! Sizing Innacurate

These pants are extremely small. The sizing guidelines are innacurate I usually wear a size 8 but not only were they tiny the size 10s are even snug around my waste. I am returning them as well and refused to go up to a size 12. Please adjust your sizing guidelines It’s too bad these are nice pants

Comfort, Maneuverability, And Class

The material and fit for these pants is exceptional. Easy to move in with adjustability at the ankle as well as the waist make these pants ideal for daily wear and play.

Perfect For Travel

These have all the things I look for in hiking pants: belt loops for a key carabiner, quick-dry fabric, long inseam, and most importantly, rounded front pockets that are actually functional. These are the best pockets of all the brands I have tried - my phone actually fits in the side pocket, and the front pockets are deep enough to carry a slim water bottle - more of this please! They are lightweight, but have plenty of stretch for layering (I sized up on one pair just to be safe). Flattering and comfortable on long hikes. Three pairs purchased so far, and would have bought more if tall sizes weren't sold out in most colors.
