Love This Tumbler!!

Love this tumbler. Comes apart for easy cleaning and its a great size. If they offered this in the ceramic lined option it would be even better.

Great Product, But Awful Service!

My wife is very happy with the Owala. My only negative is the service provided as we tried to order it in the store where they screwed up the order, put it on the wrong scorecard account and kept misspelling the email for the order. I'd give the ordering process a 0 if I could.
