Owala Custom 32 Oz.
Hello, I have purchased three Owala bottles from you, and overall I like them. However, I would like to suggest an improvement. The lid could be made more durable, as the small metal parts and the cover tend to come loose. This causes the spring to be exposed, which has slightly injured my lips on a few occasions. I hope you can look into improving the lid design. Thank you.

You Can Adjust The Size Of The Custom Graphic!
People complaining about the size of the custom graphic being too small. NOTE: there is a slider button you can adjust for the SIZE of the graphic. If you leave as default, it will be small. I slid mine to largest and the pic was my result

Nice Bottle, But Support Experience Fell Short
Disappointed with both the bottle quality and the return experience. Our custom Owala FreeSip bottle started leaking from the lid after normal use. Support said the gasket inside the lid was missing — something we never removed. A sealing part like that shouldn’t come off so easily, especially in a kids’ bottle. We’ve used other brands without issues. Dick’s customer service said we were within the return window, but the store refused the return because it was custom printed — even though the problem was a leak/defect. Buyers should be aware that custom items may not be returnable even if there’s a quality issue.

Able To Customize It
I love that i can customize it. I recently lost my mother so I customized it with a rememberous of my mom so she will always be with me wherever my cup and I go.
