Love Owala But Not Dick's Shipping Department

I love owala products but dicks shipping is absolutely trash. They hodgepodged 2 boxes together and only wrapped the bottle in brown paper, causing the package to be partially opened and the bottle dented and scratched on arrival. The item is no longer in stock so I cant order a replacement.
