I bought this to replace my old compression brace. I wasn't sure at 1st but I am more than pleased. The inner liner that the wrap is attached to is a sleeve. My one draw ba k is that it so.etimes rolls down slightlightly under the wrap but it is easily adjusted. It is easy to wrap and use and I find I have great stability with it.
