Should be a pair although the web description doesn't state it...my arm measured (11.5") between the s/m and l/xl and went w/ the s/m and is snug and stays in place. Better than if bought too large and would be loose. It's a clean, plain white pair good for its use: uv protection and worn in cooler weather also under short sleeves making it a long sleeve shirt.
