WARNING: DO NOT apply for longer than 20 minutes, as doing so may lead to burns or frostbite. DO NOT use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation.

When Using for HEAT:
WARNING: HEAT USING HOT TAP WATER ONLY, as using water that is too hot may lead to scalding or burns. DO NOT apply at an uncomfortable temperature, as the hot pack may burn you if it is too hot. Love That You Can Use The Ice Bag Hot Or Cold.

It's great that it comes with an adjustable wrap that holds it in place on my knee. It was only $10 more to buy the ice bag with the adjustable wrap which is cheaper than purchasing separately. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend.

Stay In Place Ice Bag.

I’ve had ice my knee down numerous times after tennis. Most recently right before I purchased this I have not used it full of ice yet, but I did try it on to make sure it stayed in place. Looking forward to having it handy when I need. Sometimes you just can’t stay in one place or position.

I bought these because i wanted to do a better job of recovery post running this year. Used to use freezer bags with ice. Hated how they would leak. Don't care for the blue gels because it isn't cold enough. This is legit perfect. Have two of them!

Ice Stays Cold And The Pack Stay In Place

Very functional. Used it after I fell skiing and injured my knee. Stayed in place and helped reduce the swelling. Good product

Very Good Product, But Could Be Better

I purchased the product because I was tired of using an ice pack with an old towel wrapped around my knee. This product works well and I'm happy with the purchase. There are some improvements that could make this an even better product though. If you get up and walk or move around the ice bag tends to shift and the straps wrapped around don't always hold the bag in place. If they made a thin pocket on the back of the brace/wrap to hold the ice bag in place it would greatly help with holding the bag in it's place. It doesn't include this in the instructions, but I find it best and more secure if I wrap the straps around my knee and then cross them after I pass the opening for the ice. I haven't used it for heat, only ice and it has worked well for me. Definitely recommend this product.
