Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor adhesion Bought this for my shin splints, does fine until you sweat and then theybjust start peeling off. Original KT tape is much better when it comes to this problem, I would recommend just using KT Tape.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't like this brand of kinesio tape. I wish you guys sold KT or another better-quality tape. I picked up the higher-priced P-TEX tape and it's better than the cheaper stuff, but there are 2 things I don't like. One is that when you remove the piece from the roll, quite a bit of adhesive comes with it. The other is that I DON'T like the fact that the manufacturer pre-splits the tape segments. It makes it more difficult to handle and makes it a weaker product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great variety of patterns I like this tape, love the fact it is pre-cut for me, but I did notice it just didn't stick quite as well for quite as long as other tape brands I have used in the past. It was buy one get one free when I purchased it so for that price it was well worth it! I would recommend it to a friend for that kind of deal if they didnt swim or take part in very active sports where they sweat alot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done This stuff on sale is half the price of KT tape but holds up as well. A lot of the bad reviews probably don’t know how to properly tape. It took me a year to learn. You have to press firmly down on the tape after placing it on your skin to heat activate the stickiness. It does come off in the pool/water but so does KT tape so it’s to be expected!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Excuse for Kinesio Tape! Any review that says this stuff has great adhesion is LYING! I can't even apply this tape and get my shoes on before it begins rolling off. I use another brand that can easily stick for 5 days -- this stuff doesn't stick for 5 minutes. Don't waste your money, look at reviews and buy another brand.

It's very difficult to get the backing off to expose the adhesive but once you do, the various pieces will wrinkle up and stick to themselves, making it next to impossible to apply to an area. to use this tape, you would need an assistant

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frays quickly I bought this product to use on my athletes. It is cool that it is split down the middle but that is where my compliments end... it frays quickly. Doesn’t last nearly as long as KT usually does. The athletes reported that is causes them to itch more often.
