I got this to use on my shoulder AC joint. It has really good coverage, but does not stay in place well. I like it, but do not love it.

Great for icing injuries in legs or arms. Ice packs freeze solid so takes a but to mold to the body but works great.

Comfortable Snd Effective

I bought this three weeks ago following knee surgery and its very comfortable and effective for reducing swelling and tightness. Best feature is that you can use for cold and heat therapy.

Love this! I have a flexible ice pack but when I tried to put it on my knee it didn't stay where I put it. This is so helpful - I freeze the ice pack over a rolled item (cookie dough, frozen juice, crescent rolls, etc.) and then I put it in the cover and velcro it shut and it stays for as long as I need to ice! Such a great idea.

This works great for wrapping the knee or calf with an ice pack. Easy to change the ice pack so you can use it often.

Works For Hot And Cold

The pack gets very hot in under a minute and gets ice cold in an hour. The only issue was that it wouldn't stay up around my thigh if I tried to walk. It worked well when sitting or with an additional wrap.

Bought his a month ago and love it. I freeze the pack in the wrap and never take it out.
