Used On My Shoulder

I got this to use on my shoulder AC joint. It has really good coverage, but does not stay in place well. I like it, but do not love it.

Works Great

Great for icing injuries in legs or arms. Ice packs freeze solid so takes a but to mold to the body but works great.

I bought this three weeks ago following knee surgery and its very comfortable and effective for reducing swelling and tightness. Best feature is that you can use for cold and heat therapy.

Removable ice pack and adjustable to fit any size leg. Ice pack will freeze solid if left in the freezer. I leave mine in the fridge so it’s ready whenever I need it
