Most hitting mats shift on impact with every swing. Even a rubber backing doesn't prevent this. The ProStrike's patent pending design integrates an internal 11.5 lb steel plate to provide true mass-based stability between swings. This internal weight keeps the mat fixed in position shot after shot.
FEATURES
Zero-Shift Design – patent-pending internal 11.5 lb steel plate combined with a textured rubber base delivers mass-based stability to prevent mat movement during practice.
Integrated Tee Holder – switch seamlessly between tee shots and turf practice.
Durable Hitting Surface – wear-resistant layer designed for repeated practice sessions.
Portable Design – integrated carry handle for easy transport.
We were very excited for this product, but then very quickly disappointed. Within just ONE HOUR it started tearing up and just got worse all over the place. Complete waste of money.

Dick's Should Not Carry This Product
After roughly 100 swings, the turf on this hitting mat began to tear, making it unusable. Dick's Sporting Goods did provide a refund after we returned it, so we decided to give the product another chance. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again—this time in even fewer swings. Given the repeated durability problems, I would not recommend this mat and question why it is still being sold.

Palladium Weighted Golf Mat
I was looking for a hitting mat to use with my golf net in garage area. This mat’s metal plate gives a sold feel when hitting and does not slide on concrete floor. The mat has Plenty of hitting area and a tee holder for the woods. I would recommend this mat 5 stars.

Super Durable
Because it’s weighted, it won’t move when you hit off of it.

Started Out Skeptical. Now I'm A Convert.
I was looking for a way to practice my swing indoors and protect my floors. When I unboxed it, I was concerned about how small it seemed. I decided to try it on my wooden back deck first. I absolutely love it. The size is absolutely fine. On my deck, I could hear a thump when it hit. I've been going out multiple times a day for just a few minutes to think about my swing and swing ten times. On my first day, I'm already feeling a difference as I work to correct my swing. As someone returning to golf and deciding to start with a good coach, I'm glad I bought this. If I practice what I'm learning for a few minutes multiple times a day, I'll develop the muscle memory faster. I didn't think having the tee would matter--I was wrong. I'm not practicing with a ball but it has be totally focused in the right spot. The mat's weight is heavy enough that it doesn't move when I swing and hit the mat. It also has a handle in the end, which makes it easier to carry. For me--I'm so glad I bought it and paid the extra ten bucks for the better mat.
