Order Delay No Update

I placed this order on May 5. The estimated delivery was end of May. Well it’s the end of May and nothing not even an update. All it’s said since 5/17 is that it’s preparing the order. If this company cannot coordinate themselves well enough to have pre-order sales, they shouldn’t do them. Very disappointing

Order May 5 said expected May 27 latest haven’t seen my package it said it was delayed to June 3rd but the packet still hasn’t been shipped out yet, straight up disaster, how can you guys put it up as pre order but send it out 3/4 weeks after it’s been released to physical stores. Could have bought my book plus packs in stores by now. Horrible experience will never shop with this ridiculous online store again stick to physical stores.

Delayed

I placed my album order on May 6, and as of today I still have not received it. The estimated delivery date was May 28, but there has been no update on my order. I am very disappointed with the delay and the lack of communication regarding the shipment status. I would appreciate an update on when I can expect to receive my album.

Horrible Experience

my wife bought this online months ago, saying it would get processed in May, now it says delayed and customer service won't even cancel the order. I can just go to the store near my house and get this now. this is disastrous.

Very deceiving practice from Dicks here. I searched hard cover Panini album and the picture resembled that. Placed order and not it seems that is soft cover with packs instead.

Proper Value

The Amazon starter pack only has 5 sticker pack which makes it 15$, however this one has 10 packs which will ultimately cost you 25$ anyway anywhere else, it’s good for its value.
