Sent Incomplete

They sent the pole but not the ball, air pump or string. Was disappointed because I sent this to grand kids for Christmas. My son had to return it to the store and get a gift card to order another one on line. I don't know about the quality because it wasn't sent to me but not happy with the fact that it wasn't sent complete.

Terribly Cheap

Do not purchase this. The post is cheap quality and isn't sturdy at all. Cemented it in the ground and the kids can't even play with it.Purchased online and would send it back if it wasn't such a pain to do....

Great Purchase

I love my tether ball. It is easy to put together of course. My kids love playing with it. It is a great product and the poles are very durable.

Great Set

Sturdy construction, my eight year old was able to put it together without instructions. I wish it came with instructions or recommendations on best ways to install it. Otherwise great product.

For The Grandkids

Have not put it up yet but everything was in the package and looked good. This is for Christmas and wil be put up at our house for play in the backyard. We do like that once it is set up we can take it up to cut grass then just put it back in the holder. Should be fun!

Complete Package

This is a simple Setup and can be taken down easily to cut grass as needed. A flat area 20' in diameter in your yard or play area, a little hole, some concrete and you are in business. Hours of fun for kids and others interested in proving they still 'have it.'

Great Investment

Per my grandson that I purchased it for "I love it"!!! I originally saw a tetherball set in a catalog for a higher price with additional shipping & handling fees then my granddaughter (9 yrs old) suggested Dicks, I checked the website then went to the local store. Even though they did not have the model I wanted, they immediately ordered it for me & it was shipped right to my door & we got it before the Memorial Day family party!!! **** this has truly been one of the very best Customer Service experiences i have ever had!!!! And I have been in the customer service industry for 30+ year!!!!! Great job, Dicks!!!!!!

Defective-disappointed

Easter Bunny brought this to my son, and the ball won't even hold air. It is defective. This is so disappointing, and I guess we will ask for a full refund. Very sad.
