Great Service

I bought the Tetherball set. The ball comes deflated. When trying to put the needle into the ball to inflate it, the valve slipped inside the ball. Emailed Park and Sun with a photo and about 3 days later we received a new ball.

Funtime

I bought this because my grandkids were visiting friends who had one of these and they loved it. And it was a great price and had good reviews.

Great Value

Great product and easy to install. My only complaint is that it wobbles little which there isn't much you can do about. Other than that, great overall value!!

The Grand Kids Loved It

the grand kids loved it wasn't to hard to install the insert was a little to big the pole has a little wiggle to it I just put masking tape on the the bottom pole it works great the ball that came with the was a little to hard for the little kids so I bought the soft touch ball

My daughter received this for her 8th birthday and loves it. We did place in cement to make it more stable.

Rope Frayed And Snapped

This was great when we got it. We loved it and the girls played regularly. Then, the rope just frayed at the connection to the ball and snapped. Luckily it was within the 90 return period, but originally, I was told I could not return unless I returned the whole thing. Can't do that, because we followed the directions and concreted the base into the ground. Waiting to hear back on my request to just exchange or replace the rope/ball. I hope they come through, since this appears to have just been defective. If so, and we get a non-defective ball, I'd rate this a 5!

Good Quality Item

So far, the tetherball set seems to be of good quality. The only questionable part is the cheap plastic sleeve that needs to be cemented into the ground. Since I did not want a big hunk of concrete in my backyard forever, I went to Home Depot and got a piece of pipe and hammered it into the ground. Then I can easily remove it whenever the kids are no longer interested. Working well so far.

Fun!

I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday and they had a great time playing with it. We anchored it in the ground with cement and it it very sturdy.

Very Easy.

My son has developed a new found love of tetherball. We went to Dick's and they didn't have any in the store, but they suggested ordering right there at the store with a direct home delivery and free shipping. Perfect and easy. It took about 5 days to arrive, and we were provided tracking, so we knew when it was coming. We installed it that night, and my son was playing with it the next day. Everything was included. All we had to do was inflate the ball and secure the pole in the ground. We are very happy with the purchase.

Very Pleased

I ordered a tether ball set for my grandchildren. I had looked at several in stores and on line but this one looked the best and ordered it on line. When I received it (free delivery in only a few days) I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the low price. I will consider ordering sports items from Dick's in the future.

Worth It If You Have Duct Tape

Pretty good set. Much sturdier than what we had before and the pole is taller. Kids play all the time. A few little details are noteworthy. The top of the pole did not fit snug to the bottom part of the pole and was prone to wobbling. With our old set we did not have this problem. I wrapped duct tape around the male end of the pole and the joint became sturdy. Also, the pole was loose inside the PVC ground sleeve. Once again, duct tape was needed to snug this fit. Without these adjustments, this set is unworkable and I would have had to return it. I was determined because we were having a party and I wanted to use this new set since our old set had seen better days. With the adjustments I mention, this is a good set. The kids like it.

Birthday Present

My 9 year old grandduaghter wanted this for her birthday! I ordered it on line because of the season it was not in the stores. I recieved with in a week and we installed it and she loves it....

I Would Recommend This Product To Friend

This tetherball set is great. The pole is sturdy and it's very convenient being able to bring it inside when not in use. The kids (big & small) are enjoying it along with the neighbors! It's a great alternative to those video games!
