Excellent Bag For Travel

I love this bag! Another family member has one and it fits so well under the seat in front of you on flights. The backpack straps make it easy to carry and the fabric protects all of my items. I was so thrilled to get one for Christmas!

Heavy Duty Bag

I really like the bag and the straps that come with it so you can wear it like a backpack…. The only issue with the bag is I wish I would’ve gotten a bigger bag so I guess no issues.

Missing Items…again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd Patagonia Black Hole Duffel that I’ve purchased from Public Lands in the last two years. BOTH times they have failed to include the backpack straps that make this bag what it is. BOTH times I was offered the option of returning, but not the option of receiving the straps that are integral to the bag. Once? Ok, things happen. Twice? No longer a coincidence.
