One Star For Dicks, Five Stars (Maybe) For The Jacket
I bought this online and was extremely excited because it had everything I was looking for in a jacket. It’s down, warm, hooded, and waterproof. It’s a bit long, which is good. Right amount of pockets (hand warmers could be a bit warmer, but still good). BUT Dicks sent me a jacket without tags and a BROKEN ZIPPER. Shame on Dicks! Really utterly ridiculous when you think about it. My guess is that someone bought it, broke the zipper, and either returned or exchanged it. Rather than perform even the most rudimentary check, they put it back out on the floor and then sent it out. Though I got a good deal, it’s not cheap and now there are none left in my size and color. Considering how expensive it is, I don’t think I should get a color I don’t like…which means I now have to go and return it, which adds insult to injury. I’m also now a bit skeptical about the jacket if the main zipper can break that easily.
