Overpriced, Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

This was a very disappointing purchase. I bought the Noble Grey and loved the fit, but after only one wash the ribbing pilled significantly. After the second wash the entire body of the sweatshirt pilled. For a sweatshirt that retails over $100, that is ridiculous! Patagonia customer service will only give me a merchandise credit for the item, not a refund to my credit card since I purchased through Dick's. I do not intend to purchase anything else from Patagonia, so a merchandise credit is no good to me. Save your $ and buy Nike club fleece sweatshirts - I have washed these 4x as much as my Ahnya sweatshirt & they look brand new next to this item.
