Runs Small..odly Shaped

Im quiet petite, 5'3..134lbs..narrow hips and chest. I ordered a medium based on some reviews and im glad i did. Its oddly shaped…hence fhe sale im sure. The top is loose but the skirt is narrow. I may get the top taken in a bit. Otherwise its cute.
