To Be Fair I Have Only Tried It Once And That Was Late October In Chesapeake

Used chicken legs with attractant and without. Only caught two crabs, a keeper and a baby, and both of them were with the attractant soaked legs. I followed the directions from the YouTube video, deeply scoring the chicken and soaking the legs for 24 hours in a plastic bag. BTW, the attractant does not smell nearly as bad as some other reviewers on Amazon fussed. If anything it smells like the salmon eggs I used to use for trout. If it did not smell it would not work.

I have been crabbing for 50 years. I used this yesterday and caught some of the biggest and best crabs in a long time. Soaked the bait in it for a few days.Look forward to using it in the future.
