Do Not Waste Your Money

I received a used item and whoever had it before I did switched out the charging cable so I have a white cable with a black box, and the tool that goes between the helmet and stand doesn't belong to this product. It's too pricey to have received an item used prior to receiving. The helmet won't even stay for 5 minutes its clearly defective it should have been put in the garbage and not resold. I bought this for my husband for Christmas so he could display it in his office at work. I expected much more from Dicks. I was disappointed as soon as I saw the box I knew it had already been used prior the spacer boxes were even ripped open. I would've expected before I saw the charger had been switched and then it function as intended. I'd give this a zero rating if I could. I will definitely be returning this for a full refund I don't even want an exchange everything about this product was a horrible experience.
