Peloton Should Do Better

The Peloton classes are excellent and definitely worth the subscription. The Peloton bike plus, however is a terrible piece of equipment. I’ve had it three months and after numerous service calls, and new screen installed, I still can’t get through a 30 minute bike class without the power/screen cutting out and having to restart. It is soooooo discouraging. I’ve been reading other in line reviews and unfortunately it seems this isnt an uncommon issue. The service personnel have been great but The management of Peloton should be ashamed for putting a product like this on the market

Waste Of Money

I bought my bike in May and have had it for only 4.5 months. Now the brake already needs to be replaced. The replacement part is on backorder and no one bothered to notify us. It has been several weeks with no updates, and the part is still nowhere to be found. If you are aware of ongoing issues like this, you should have critical replacement parts in stock. At this rate, it will probably be couple month before we receive the part. Extremely disappointing, especially for such an expensive product. I bought this bike specifically to work out at home and now it is just sitting there, useless.

Great value! I truly enjoy all that peloton has thought of to make working out fun, and exciting! It is challenging at first, but you get adjusted and you appreciate the workout. I did sell my first bike but when I was able to buy it again idea! I instantly regretted selling my bike, but I’m so glad I’m back. I love being a part of the peloton community. Can’t wait to get riding again!
