Loving The Upgrade

This is my second Peloton. After a year and a half of daily use, we finally decided the new Cross Training series had enough features to justify the expense. They took all of the best features from the Bike+, Strength+, and the Guide and built them all into one device. The new fans are amazing, the auto-adjustments are my new favorite thing, and while the electronic tension will go unappreciated by most users, for a technical nerd, they are so much more precise. I can only imagine the data Peloton gets from this bike. I do yoga, strength, and cycling daily. My wife does running, strength, and yoga with some occasional cycling. The Cross Training Series is perfect for this. I am in the best shape of my life after a year and a half with Peloton, and the new Cross Training Series is only going to improve things from here. It's also just a beautiful machine. They put so much into the design of these things and it shows. I spend 20,000 minutes a year on it, I might as well enjoy looking at it. Absolutely worth the money, and I may never set foot in another gym. These things are built to last forever, and this one should last at least that long.

Been On The Fence For Years? Read This!!

I've had the bike for almost a week now and it's met all of my expectations! I've already lost 5 pounds and feel as toned as ever. PROS: - Self assembly was incredibly easy. If the instructions in the booklet prove to be difficult, they have QR codes to follow along at the exact step you're on. -The screen has incredible UI, is very responsive and feels very sturdy. I'm able to turn the screen without having to worry that I'm gonna break it. - I cannot be convinced that there is a higher quality bike out there. It would be an understatement to say this bike feels premium. I've gone through some rough workouts so far and not ONCE have I felt like it was gonna give out on me (5'11, 255Ibs). - The instructors are amazing. So far, I have taken a strong liking to Rad Lopez and Camila Ramon. Their energy radiates through the screen and make the workouts some of the most enjoyable I've had in years. Apart from them, there are literally 1000s of classes to choose from. Despite the many choices, the UI makes it very easy to digest and I have countless filters I can set to my liking. - I opted to getting the dumbbells and this bike wouldn't be the same if I didn't! The strength training classes offered are just as fun as the cycling and coupling the two has allowed me to get amazing workouts in just under an hour. More on this below. - CONVENIENCE! I got the Peloton and their dumbbell sets in hopes of replacing the gym and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. I get amazing workouts in the comfort of my own home without having to worry about commuting to the gym and HOPING that the machines I wanted were available. Rad Lopez (instructor) has really shown me that I can get an amazing workout with just dumbbells and it's really changed my view on what I thought I needed to accomplish that. It's amazing how far you can go with just a 30Ib dumbbell and some creativity! Having been a college athlete, I can genuinely say that these workouts are just as, if not, MORE intense without all the fancy machines. CONS: - To the average person, the 1080p screen looks good enough. In my case, being that for work I use a very nice monitor (4K OLED), the difference is night and day. Eventually I want to go on some rides while watching my favorite podcast (shout out WVFRM) and I know that the quality of the screen is going to bother me after a while. This wouldn't have been an issue for me if the bike wasn't as expensive as it is. My monitor costs LESS than Peloton's replacement screen, so I know that a far better screen is possible. This bike feels way too premium to have a screen that is just meh. - You need a subscription to unlock the true potential of this bike. Everything has a subscription nowadays so it's annoying, but I cannot go on enough about how worth it it'll be. You really do get your money's worth. Peloton would not be what it was if you didn't get this subscription along with it. As nice as the bike is and feels, you're pretty much forced to get the subscription as is really ties the entire experience together. Notice that the cons are really just nit picks at the end of the day. If you intend on being disciplined and really want to turn your health around, you'll thank yourself for buying a Peloton. I've been eyeing one since 2019 and finally pulled the trigger after I got so bored of going to the gym. I've never had such a great time exercising--I'm incredibly happy with my purchase thus far and cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!

Getting Stronger And Better In My 60s

As a outdoor cyclist the peloton is definitely helping with my endurance as I prepare to get back on the road as the weather gets warmer. I don't have a fav instructor yet as I am still learning everyone's style

Night And Day: Why I Switched To Peloton

After years of using iFit, I can honestly say I tolerated it more than I enjoyed it. The bike and classes got the job done, but the experience never truly felt seamless or engaging. Switching to Peloton has been a completely different experience — night and day. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Whether I want a quick 10-minute spin or a full hour ride, it’s simple to find exactly what I’m looking for. The class variety, structure, and programs are excellent. The music, the instructors, and the overall energy are on another level. Everything feels intentional and well-designed. Peloton has truly mastered online fitness. The bike itself is smooth, responsive, and easy to use. Even simple things like volume control are effortless — something that was surprisingly frustrating with iFit. Overall, the entire experience feels polished, motivating, and enjoyable. I’m no longer just getting through workouts — I’m actually looking forward to them.
