I ordered the PENN Battalion 2 Surf Rod 10ft Medium Heavy in December of 2022. I received a package on December 29th, 2022. However, it was not the item I ordered. In fact, it was a small package of rubber fishing worms. I contacted customer service multiple times and I was told a different story each time I spoke to a staff member. Now, 14 days later, I contacted them again due to not receiving my refund amount. The representative I spoke to stated that the refund order had not been processed. She explained that since my refund request had not been processed, I would receive a gift card in the mail with the full amount within 10-14 business days (keep in mind I was told the exact same thing last week when the refund was supposedly approved). So, now it is a waiting game. My recommendation is to order your fishing gear elsewhere so that you do not have to go through such a headache like myself.
