Horrible Dicks Experience

I bought this reel in time for a trip after the two Shakespeare reels Dicks suggested broke immediately after being used for the first time in salt water. The package arrived on time but it did not contain the Penn reel I ordered. Instead it was another lesser-quality brand. I am required to reorder the correct reel after the return is processed. Even though I was offered a 10% discount on that purchase but am overall extremely frustrated with Dicks.
