Tethers Not Included

The product features state: Includes four (4) bungee ball tethers for securely attaching cooler to your seat. It did not. When I contacted Customer Service they said it did not come with them and they do not have any they can send. So, for $75 you get a cooler bag. That's it. The cooler works well. But it seems way over-priced for what it is. Customer Service was very nice and refunded a small portion (enough to purchase my own bungees from Amazon).

Rod Holders Not Included

Picture is misleading. I thought rod holders came with cooler. They are additional 25 dollars. Take them off the pic, you are misleading the product. I had a black one I used for Lowrance fish finder. Straps broke on it. Bought another to try for cooler thinking I would save room for rods because they were on the pic. They fooled me.
