Ordered this product in a Men's Medium, received what was obviously a youth medium. Contacted customer service, very helpful, sent replacement immediately. Only problem is replacement was exactly the same as first one. IMO, these were tagged incorrectly by vendor and now I don't even know how to get correct size. Really wanted to love this, but ended up really disappointed. Photo taken with product on top of an actual Men's medium (Nike) hoodie for comparison.
